The first thing I will share is a spokenword poem I published on my blog a few months ago, an all nighter of being inspired to create many forms of art. This one is called "How We Do"

How We Do

Hit or Miss,
do it or quit.
Living is Dying

Living lies with false pretense is the “Shuck N Jivin”
I hate to play it but I love to save it, for those who are better off mute.
Those that inhale/exhale saddess, staying lost and confused.

Let me take you to an Outer Space,
that is infinate beyond compute.
Our lives are made of what we say,
turn around and actually do.
Our body’s just temporary to the eternal vastness of truth.

While our minds are cluttered with Medial Magma,
of adulterous acts that are the “here and now” to suit you.
Constantly appeasing our “Id” with desires and distractions
like selfish senseless sex, diluting drugs and veracious violent acts.
Constantly thrown at you via TV, Radio, magazines, the internet and The News.

Our hearts are
to speak the truth,
our body is
a temple not to be abused.
Our minds are
to remain open for light to shine through.
Our Soul is, a timeshare between the Creator and you!

We aint fallen for the “Shuck N Jivin”
with so many different ways to BE alive.
With a message, speak N Out loud
through how I live.
In Love, Joy, Peace, Patience
kindness, goodness, gratefulness
gentleness and self- control..
Thats “How We Do”.
My Brothers and Sisters,
we gotta let our little lights shine
not by what we say, or how we say it,
but with “How We Do”.

As America is Sino-Implanted with drugs,
chemicals and quickly call it medicine.
With all the Sublimilable & Remedial Propraganda,
I cant help but swim, must keep my chin up so not to drown
in all the Mass Media Acid eating away our kids
for bases creating a synthized chemical reaction
to control our senses and stoke pathedic egos of those that make more bills.
As Paradoxical “NORMS” created just to “save face” in front of the public
giving my “Id” materialistic chemical burns all over to dull our “Mass Effect”.

Stop it here, Stop it now
as secret consumer weapons.
Seperating colonialism control
from our Idiomatic Expressions
Its time for our lights to shine,
as their cameras roll on our actions
with hope for better things
and love from up Above.

With our Psychic Apparatus
we can channel the Fountains of Youth.
Let us free our Mental Apparatus
from all mind control
to uncover the truth.

Dont let Egotism control and rule you.
Cunning false idols constantly making their moves;

Faulty, Flashy, Selfish & Nasty
the sneaky shape shifters of severity
worldwide uncertainty distracts you from the truth.
As an archer that misses his mark…

We must take aim, keep cool, calm, completely collected
as placid waters in the face of worries and fears to sort through the darkness.
Therefore, we're eternally pulling focus
to hit goals and rely the truth.
Thats just how we do.
