Psycho Gym offers personalized functional training with a mix of old school and new school techniques. Our kettlebell workouts will increase strength, endurance, agility and balance while challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements. We build strength while safely reducing more then a standard 1-2 pounds of body fat per week and burn fat for 36 hours after each session.
