CTC Texas Associates, L.L.C. is a private property owner and developer in Deep Ellum, Texas. We're a family owned and operated business that leases our own properties and deals directly with our own tenants. Going back to the early 1980's we were one of the first to salvage and restore the antique buildings in a large portion of what would become the modern version of "Deep Ellum". Our lease spaces range in use from loft residential, to pure commercial office, studio, and retail, to a combination of all of the above. Reserved gated parking is usually provided at no additional charge, and many of the properties feature high "warehouse-style" ceilings, exposed brick interior walls, and stained concrete or wood flooring.
